Washington, DC. WeFi, a cutting-edge Israeli software company, recently closed a $10M Series C financing with help from Nixon Peabody LLP.
The round was led by Time Warner, Inc., and existing investors, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Pitango Venture Capital participated as well. WeFi provides data analytics solutions to offload traffic via existing wi-fi resources. The company’s unique technology is patented and WeFi owns the world’s largest wi-fi database, with more than 112M hotspots. The Nixon Peabody legal team was led by partners Sam Feigin and Mark Kass.
