Legal Consultant or Corporate Associate, Hong Kong office
Position Summary

Our Business & Finance Department is seeking to hire an experienced corporate Associate or Legal Consultant to join our Hong Kong office.
Candidates must have a degree in law and be PRC licensed. Other licensure is optional. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience working in a legal environment and a broad knowledge of general corporate law, and will be expected to work on various matters in different practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and private and public company work. Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials and superb communication and writing skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, be self-starters with a commitment to excellence, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
