Nixon Peabody Expands in Rochester with Arrival of Two New Counsel

Nixon Peabody is pleased to welcome David Stimson, Eastman Kodak Company’s chief trademark counsel, and experienced public finance attorney Katherine Baynes, to our Rochester office. David Stimson joins Nixon Peabody’s Brands & Creations practice in the Rochester office after 26 years at Eastman Kodak Company, including 14 years as chief trademark counsel. Katie Baynes, a public finance attorney who began her career at Nixon Peabody, returns to the firm’s Rochester office from DLA Piper.
