Nixon Peabody provides attorneys at all levels of experience with professional skills programs
geared to strengthen their abilities in areas such as presentation, negotiating, business development, legal writing, ethics, and project management. For associates in particular, we offer a progressive curriculum that takes the most junior associate from basic training through sophisticated legal topics in their specific practice areas. In addition, our in-house experts provide frequent webinar briefings on key concepts in the law and new developments as they arise.
The firm is certified in several states as a provider of Continuing Legal Education (CLE), a significant benefit for those who must regularly meet such requirements. We also offer access to external CLE programs and on-line learning from the legal industry’s most respected providers.
Each year, the firm presents a comprehensive orientation program and multi-day practice-specific boot camps for new attorneys, and a mentor program helps them quickly feel at home in the organization.
Professional Specialists
