Los Angeles partner Seth Levy, leader of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, and Washington, DC, partner Jeffrey Costellia are recognized in the guide’s newest edition.
The IAM Strategy 300 “identifies the individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios.” Candidates must be nominated by at least three people from outside their own organization through an extensive research process. It follows the release of the July 2022 IAM Patent 1000 directory, which named nine Nixon Peabody attorneys as industry leaders and recommended the firm for patent prosecution in Massachusetts and Illinois.
