• Breakthrough Energy Ventures LLC: Represented the cleantech and energy focused VC fund, founded by Bill Gates in 2015, in a number of investments in 2020 and 2021
• Health Catalyst, Inc.: Represented the data and analytics technology provider in numerous acquisitions
• Online food delivery platform: Represented a mobile platform, which connects customers with restaurants and other merchants, in a trademark infringement matter. The case settled
• Major wireless carrier: Successfully defended against multi-state breach of contract, and unfair and deceptive trade practices class-action claims
• Paychex, Inc.: Represented the leading provider of outsourcing services for small-to medium-sized businesses in numerous acquisitions, including its $1.2B acquisition of Oasis Outsourcing Acquisition Corp.
