• Global real estate investment manager Represented in connection with joint venture transactions, acquisitions, and construction loan closings, for the acquisition and development of industrial and warehouse projects, multifamily housing projects, and seniors housing communities
• Private real estate investor Represented in the $80 million sale of a commercial property on NYC’s Billionaires’ Row
• Seller of office building space Represented in connection with the sale of four parcels of real property, containing office buildings in Cupertino, California, with approximately 130,000 square feet of office space
• A family-owned, diversified investment company Represented the client with close to three-million-square feet of institutional-quality industrial, office, and retail space in the sale of a five-building industrial portfolio in the Chicago metropolitan area
• Private equity investor Represented in the acquisition of a 700-unit mixed-use development in Washington, DC, including market rate and affordable housing units and mixed retail
• Global real estate developer Represented in connection with the acquisition and financing of 477 residential rental units and an activated ground-floor retail podium on Boylston Street, Boston. The project includes the Boylston Black Box, a 10,000-square-foot, LGBTQ-centered venue for the performing arts anchored by a 156-seat theater, delivered and operated on a nonprofit basis
• Developer of mixed-income housing Represented in the acquisition of three commercial properties, located in opportunity zones in the Los Angeles area, for redevelopment into 700-plus units of workforce, low-income, and market-rate rental housing
