Stephanie Navarro-Smith assists with all aspects of commercial and private real estate transactions, including drafting documents, managing due diligence, and preparing material for closings.
My primary focus is on real estate transactions involving federal low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs), exempt bonds, and public and private financing. My responsibilities include the coordination, execution, and facilitation of all stages of each transaction, including monitoring critical dates, drafting transactional documents, and tracking and organizing due diligence documents and title curatives.
I foresee an increase in demand for affordable housing in the low-income housing tax credit industry. I look forward to contributing to our clients’ success in leveraging tax credit financing to promote economic development in lower-income areas.
