My focus
My real estate litigation practice includes purchase and sale disputes, fraud and nondisclosure claims, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, quiet title actions, mechanic’s lien litigation, easement disputes, and elder abuse claims.
I also handle a variety of business disputes, including contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair competition actions.
