• Seller of fresh strawberries and other berries: Represented in wage and hour class action filed on behalf of nearly 3,000 California employees alleging claims of off-the-clock work, failure to provide meal and rest breaks, unlawful payroll time-rounding practices, and other state Labor Code violations. Successfully negotiated class settlement on favorable terms
• Large hospitality group: Successfully resolved wage and hour class action following rigorous discovery
• Large healthcare system: Successfully resolved state wage and hour class action following federal court dismissal of related claims
