Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

Nixon Peabody clearly defines terms and conditions (Terms) we oblige from identified suppliers (Supplier) of goods sold to NP or of services performed for NP as identified on a properly executed purchase order (P.O.). In addition, if NP provides the Supplier with any supplementary terms, conditions, or requirements in a request for proposal, bid specification, contract, or other writing concerning the subject matter of this P.O., those terms, conditions, or requirements will also apply and are incorporated.
