Jennifer advises her clients in all aspects of the real estate transaction structure. She represents purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders, and commercial developers.

I have experience representing real estate investment trusts with regard to all matters involving the real estate transaction structure, including complex acquisitions often involving large portfolios of properties; structuring and negotiating sale-leaseback transactions involving retail, office, industrial, and medical properties; due diligence, including review and analysis of environmental, zoning, and property condition issues; dispositions; and financing.
