I represent businesses in disputes before administrative agencies and state and federal courts in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and research through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Much of my work involves drafting memoranda, conducting in-depth legal research, managing document review processes, and preparing and filing critical motions.
I also act as a trusted litigation advisor for clients based in Korea. Leveraging my Korean background, upbringing, and work experience, I provide clear and effective advice to our international clients, helping them navigate and resolve complex disputes in American courtrooms.
