/My focus

I assist with all stages of real estate transactions, including drafting documents, title and survey review, reviewing due diligence matters, and preparing for closings. I have experience in representing sellers, buyers, banks, and private lenders in large and small scale projects.

I also have prior experience in estates, estate planning, landlord tenant matters including evictions, drafting corporate documents (i.e., bylaws, resolutions, certificates, etc.) business creation and dissolution, and litigation at the local, county, and state levels.

I focus my work on honing my knowledge of all these practice areas to give a comprehensive and thorough approach to my workproduct and work closely with the attorneys and clients to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently.

/Looking ahead

Looking ahead I foresee a greater need for legal representation post pandemic specifically in the real estate sector. Unforeseen rising housing prices in combination with low interest rates caused a surge in sales in a relatively short time, which has changed the real estate market entirely for the foreseeable future.
