Senior E-Discovery Specialist
Jeffrey Jarrett is a Senior e-Discovery Specialist in Nixon Peabody’s e-Discovery Services group. In addition to providing support to litigators throughout the firm, he also coordinates the firm’s e-discovery technology capabilities.
My focus is on providing the firm and our clients the best in class technology to support data collection, filtering, processing and review. Legal technologies that I’ve used include: CaseSoft Suite (including CaseMap, TimeMap and NoteMap), LiveNote, Concordance, Opticon, Summation, Sanction, Caselogistix and IPRO. I am also certified in: Dataflight: Introduction to Administration (Concordance); Concordance Certified Systems Administration; Dataflight: End-User Training (Concordance and Opticon); CaseMap Fundamentals for End-users; and LAW.
As the digital inventory of data grows, it will be important to understand all of the technical and legal aspects of the enormous universe of data in which legal teams will find themselves immersed. I am keeping up with all of the latest developments in this area to assist our clients.
