As a former Magic Circle firm banking and finance lawyer and in-house legal counsel and legal director at multinational GE and GE Capital, I can better understand the needs of international corporate clients, private companies and financial institutions. I also spent almost 10 years on offshore matters, representing major fund houses and worked on numerous fund formations, including hedge funds and private equity.
