I have deep experience with developing defensive and offensive cases on assigned patents and handle all aspects of case management, from strategy development to trial preparation, and contribute to favorable outcomes for my clients. This experience allows me to successfully represent global companies in federal district courts and in Section 337 proceedings before the International Trade Commission.

My experience extends to prosecuting patent applications in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
