• Saguaro Capital Management, LLC: Advising a next-generation, boutique value investment firm in developing an agreement framework to use with licensing its proprietary AI products and services relating to valuation of public equities. 
• Aquent: Advised a staffing company specializing in placing temporary employees in marketing and creative industries, to prepare a best practices guide to help clients navigate the responsible and legal use of AI tools implemented in the creative, marketing, and design spaces. 
• DiDi Chuxing Technology: Representing a transportation company headquartered in China that provides app-based transportation, on patent prosecution matters involving AI technology.
