Our team provides legal counsel from initial selection of a trademark to enforcement against infringement. We efficiently navigate the US Patent and Trademark Office’s processes to rapidly secure registration and handle proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

We guide clients through domain name and social media username selection, protection, and enforcement; right of publicity and name, image, likeness issues; counterfeiting and false advertising claims; and negotiation of concurrent-use agreements in a wide variety of industries. Our team also closely collaborates with our Entertainment & Media attorneys, delivering counsel and relationships formed through years of working with management companies, branding and talent agencies, and preeminent influencers.

• Advanced New Technologies Co., Ltd. (ANT): Successfully represented one of the leading financial and technology companies in the world through a seven-year opposition of a conflicting trademark application before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
• Almod Diamonds: Representing the owner of the Diamond International Trademark—one of the most recognized fine jewelry brands in the world, with retail locations throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Florida, and Alaska—in global patent and trademark portfolio management and enforcement for its proprietary gemstone shapes and brands.
