Overview

Our team provides legal counsel from initial selection of a trademark to enforcement against infringement. We efficiently navigate the US Patent and Trademark Office’s processes to rapidly secure registration and handle proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

We guide clients through domain name and social media username selection, protection, and enforcement; right of publicity and name, image, likeness issues; counterfeiting and false advertising claims; and negotiation of concurrent-use agreements in a wide variety of industries. Our team also closely collaborates with our Entertainment & Media attorneys, delivering counsel and relationships formed through years of working with management companies, branding and talent agencies, and preeminent influencers.

• St Andrews Links: Represent the oldest and most renowned golf course in the world in global trademark portfolio management matters.
• Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.: Manage the worldwide trademark portfolio of one of America’s top-ten largest video game companies, which created Pac-Man, Tekken, Dragonball, and other familiar titles.
