European Union
/Overview
Nixon Peabody has advised on strategic transactions, handled ground-breaking litigation, and provided advice on thorny regulatory matters involving European clients in all 27 countries in the EU. These clients range from fashion houses in Italy, logistics companies in France, advanced manufacturing businesses in Germany, computer technology enterprises in Romania, and Danish medical device producers.
We also work with clients on transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters throughout the EU. Companies operating in these jurisdictions face legal challenges that require specific knowledge of local and regional procedures, regulations, and customs. Our network of lawyers, built through deep, long-term connections, helps us to provide our clients with seamless, effective, and cost-efficient service from trusted local counsel.
