Maggie Borse is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes group. She represents entities and individuals in a wide variety of disputes and litigation.
My practice focuses on a variety of complex litigation matters. I represent clients in various phases of litigation, ranging from conducting in-depth legal research in connection with drafting memoranda for motions, to discovery and trial preparation.
Maggie most recently served as a law clerk with Cook County State’s Attorney Office, representing the State of Illinois in felony trials.
I am following developments in the field of privacy and technology, paying specific attention to the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).
