Introduction
Garth Bostic represents lenders, investors, and syndicators on a variety of financing transactions.
My focus
I represent lenders, investors, and syndicators on tax credit and real estate financings. I also work on other financing-secured transactions with an emphasis on infrastructure and nonprofit lending. Much of my practice centers on transactions involving new markets tax credits and the economic development of underserved communities. I have also represented a number of national banks on balance-sheet loans for the development, acquisition, and refinancing of commercial and industrial real estate assets.
In addition to my finance practice, I also work with clients on general real estate matters, including development, entitlements, leasing, and acquisitions.
Looking ahead
Economic uncertainty will require creativity in financing structures to ensure lenders and investors are well-positioned no matter what the world looks like in the near future.
Additionally, changes in transportation, including electrification, will have significant impacts on infrastructure and real estate investments.
