She regularly represents commercial lenders, investment banks, life insurers, hedge funds and other institutional investors and developers in construction, bridge and permanent financing for commercial, manufacturing, industrial, retail, office, warehouse and mixed use projects. My focus
Real Estate Finance
I represent commercial banks, investment banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions in complex structured real estate finance transactions, handling all types of loan originations, including mortgage loans for securitization, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, construction loans and credit facilities. I have in-depth experience in all asset classes including senior housing facilities, hotel, retail, office, multifamily and industrial assets and I also advise and represent borrowers on all aspects of real estate finance, including securitized lending, balance sheet lending, syndicated loan transactions, construction loans, preferred equity, private equity transactions and EB-5 financing for development projects.
Project Finance
I work on project financings of solar plants, energy storage and biomass facilities, fertilizer and methanol plants and waste management, water and wastewater, transportation, healthcare, education, and sports and entertainment facilities, representing developers, lenders and governmental entities in the development, contracting and financing of complex projects.
Real Estate Development
I represent developers on the purchase, sale, development, leasing, and operation of commercial real estate properties, including shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family residential properties, mixed-use condominium projects, hotels and industrial properties. My practice also involves representing property owners and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial office and manufacturing leases for space within single tenant buildings, large office buildings, manufacturing facilities and mixed-use developments, as well as all other types of leasing arrangements, including ground leases and subleases.
Representative experience
Looking ahead
I expect increased activity in the senior housing and multi-family markets. I also expect to see digital transformations in the banking industry. It will be interesting to watch how banks handle their data in order to maximize strategy, technology, and operations for their developer customers.
