James is a member of the Complex Disputes practice group. He represents clients in connection with a wide range of commercial disputes.
My focus
My practice focuses on representing clients in complex commercial and business disputes across a variety of industries and a broad spectrum of duties including breach of contract, business torts, real property disputes, labor & employment, and class action litigation. My background includes researching key issues pertaining to potential or ongoing litigation our clients face, drafting dispositive motions, and coordinating discovery requests. I also maintain a pro bono practice that focuses on human rights issues and providing easy access to legal aid for individuals.
Looking ahead
With the rising costs of litigation, it is increasingly important to focus on the heart of an issue and resolve cases outside of the courtroom, enabling clients to achieve cost-effective resolutions of disputes.
