My focus
My practice focuses on all aspects of IP disputes, with an emphasis on patent litigations in federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. I represent plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving a broad range of technologies, including semiconductors, electronics, software, chemicals, telecommunications, and life sciences. I leverage my science background and experience as a former USPTO patent examiner to craft creative legal and technical strategies to obtain the most favorable outcomes for my clients.
