Matthew Forzano is an associate with Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. He represents individuals and corporations in a wide variety of matters.
I represent clients from a diverse range of industries in a variety of civil litigation matters in both state and federal court. I assist with all phases of litigation, with a focus on drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, and preparing for and taking fact witness depositions.
I have been following developments in the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to assist in electronic discovery. Such advances have the potential to benefit clients across industries and sectors, in the event of litigation, given the sheer and ever-increasing volume of electronically stored information required for modern business operations.
