Joe Golding is an Affordable Housing specialist in Nixon Peabody’s Affordable Housing and Real Estate group. Joe uses his in-depth knowledge of affordable housing programs, to assist clients in obtaining approvals from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other state and local agencies.
My focus
In my role as an affordable housing and real estate specialist, I support clients with legal issues related to the development, financing, regulation, and management of affordable housing projects. I draft regulatory submissions, assist with due diligence and other aspects of affordable housing transactions, and work with clients and governmental agencies to obtain regulatory approvals for affordable housing transactions.
