Introduction
Julienne Hoffman focuses on condominium and cooperative law.
My focus
I focus on real estate and cooperative and condominium law, splitting my efforts between complex commercial disputes and real estate transactions. I assist in handling litigations, government investigations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance matters. On the transactional side, I support developers and sponsors in the formation and conversion of condominium and cooperative properties.
Looking ahead
The New York City housing market has changed dramatically over the last several years, shifting the priorities of both legislators and government enforcement agencies. As a result, developers, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders face an increasingly complex legal and regulatory landscape. I look forward to working with my practice group to help our clients navigate this new landscape.
