Julienne Hoffman focuses on condominium and cooperative law.
I focus on real estate and cooperative and condominium law, splitting my efforts between complex commercial disputes and real estate transactions. On the transactional side, I support developers and sponsors in the formation and conversion of condominium and cooperative properties.
The New York City housing market has changed dramatically over the last several years, shifting the priorities of both legislators and government enforcement agencies.
