Introduction
Will Truskowski has more than 15 years of experience in the area of cooperative and condominium law, with an emphasis on developer representation. Will is also a New York State notary public.
My focus
I work with attorneys in our Real Estate and Affordable Housing Practice Groups on homeownership projects, including cooperatives, condominiums, and innovative models such as community land trusts and co-housing. I assist our developer clients on all aspects of preparation and completion of offering plans, contracts, and closings for both new construction and rental conversion projects.
Cooperative and Condominium Services
I have focused on cooperative and condominium law for my entire career, and I have been involved with the formation and completion of some of the most prestigious projects in New York City for various prominent developers. I bring my wealth of experience to Nixon Peabody’s market-rate and affordable clients of for-sale housing, assist with all aspects of preparation of offering plans to the New York Attorney General’s office, and work closely with our attorneys on contract negotiations and unit closings for homeownership housing.
