Hannah Holden
Associate
Introduction
My focus
My practice involves assisting developers and housing authorities in their efforts to develop and preserve affordable housing nationwide. I frequently find myself preparing organizational documents, negotiating and drafting loan documents, navigating complex regulatory programs, and most excitingly, bringing projects across the closing finish line. My experience includes low-income tax credit deals as well as multiple types of HUD programs including Mixed-Finance, RAD, and Choice Neighborhoods.
Looking ahead
It is no secret that there is both a housing crisis and climate crisis in this country and worldwide, and both make access to safe, affordable housing more important than ever. It will be our job as affordable housing attorneys to help our clients navigate new laws enacted by the federal and state governments in reaction to these crises.
