My focus
My litigation practice focuses on various intellectual property disputes dealing with all aspects of patent litigation. I represent clients in commercial disputes across a wide range of technologies. I develop and execute case strategies and have extensive experience with discovery, due diligence, arguing motions, and case management. I am highly skilled at developing patent infringement and invalidity claim charts and leveraging my experience to advise clients of potential liability.
Clients also seek my counsel on various patent infringement, trademark infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets cases.
