Vienna Kim is a paralegal in our Affordable Housing and Real Estate practice where she supports the group with drafting documents, reviewing due diligence matters, and preparing material for closings.
I focus my work on all aspects of affordable housing and real estate and work closely with the attorneys and clients to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently by managing various checklists, reviewing due diligence material (including the review of the purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases, and amendments, among other transactional documents), and assembling closing documents. My work includes assisting attorneys and clients in forming and filing corporate documents for deal specific entities.
I see an increase of affordable housing developments happening in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I look forward to working on new projects that impact the community by providing affordable housing.
