Introduction
Bryan Lewis is a seasoned commercial litigator with first-chair trial experience. Bryan focuses on contractual and business tort litigation, with industry experience representing clients in the banking, construction, healthcare, and technology products and services industries.
My focus
I take pride in being a general business litigation attorney, capable of handling a wide variety of disputes for clients in equally varied industries. I have secured successful verdicts in jury and bench trials, and at arbitration, and that experience has given me a better perspective on what is important in litigation, and what might be an unnecessary distraction. I use this experience—and my willingness to try cases—to my clients’ advantage as I represent them through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Prior to rejoining Nixon Peabody in 2023, I was practice group leader in a 60+ attorney New York litigation firm.
