Introduction
Erik Lindstedt is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Real Estate practice group. He represents entities and individuals in a wide variety of disputes and litigation.
My focus
My practice focuses on a variety of complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, fiduciary liability, business torts, and real estate disputes. I represent clients in various phases of litigation, ranging from conducting in-depth legal research in connection with drafting memoranda for motions, to discovery and trial preparation.

Prior Experience
- Erik most recently served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patrick M. Biren of the State of Minnesota, First Judicial District.
- While in law school, Erik was a judicial extern to the Honorable Eric C. Tostrud of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Looking ahead
The use of virtual court hearings has changed the dynamic between clients, attorneys, and judges. Attorneys will need to adapt and develop their skills to ensure their clients are fully heard through virtual mediums.
