/My focus

I focus my practice on conducting comprehensive due diligence of all permitting aspects, including local, state, and federal approvals for development projects in and around Boston. My experience includes analyzing land deed records, preparing preliminary and definitive subdivision submissions, conducting research into municipal zoning ordinances and state regulations, and drafting agreements. I have also drafted judicial legal memoranda on implied easements, easements by prescription, and extinguishment by merger.
