My focus

I focus my practice on complex commercial disputes representing clients in all phases of litigation. I ensure matters run smoothly by assisting with everything from pre-trial motions to trials, post-trials and appeals. I also counsel businesses and individuals before litigation commences regarding their best options in the context of a potential lawsuit.

Looking ahead

Emerging technologies and artificial intelligence will increasingly provide opportunities and challenges to entities. Guidance is needed to address the uncertainty associated with new technology.
