/My focus

I work with a range of clients, from nonprofits and for-profits to individual buyers, sellers, and developers of affordable housing properties. I review, negotiate, and prepare corporate solutions, sale contracts, nominee agreements, leases, easements, and loan documents. I also analyze title reports, surveys, and other due diligence items to bring projects across the closing finish line.

/Looking ahead

There is a shifting real estate landscape with a pressing need for affordable housing at all levels. I anticipate greater interest in adaptive reuse projects and a continuing focus on the production of all types of affordable housing to meet the needs facing most markets. This will require creative uses of current financing solutions, as well as new federal, state, and local financing products, to overcome current funding challenges.
