/My focus

My practice focuses on a variety of matters, including government enforcement and complex litigation matters. My experience includes leading document review teams, researching and drafting motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions, preparing fact witnesses and experts for depositions, second chairing depositions, and preparing key documents for settlement discussions.

I am a recent former associate at a NYC-based litigation firm and a judicial extern to Virginia Court of Appeals Chief Judge Marla Decker. Prior to law school, I was a paralegal at DOJ in the Fraud Section.

/Looking ahead

I’m tracking the current government enforcement and investigations into publicly traded and privately held companies to assess regulatory risks and prepare for an increase in white collar investigations. I‘m also following the continual changes within the U.S. immigration system and how it will affect individuals and companies as they conduct business across borders.
