I represent corporate and individual clients in government investigations, enforcement actions, and complex litigation across a variety of commercial sectors, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, consumer credit, and healthcare. In addition to my investigation and litigation experience, I have experience advising clients on cybersecurity incident response, governance, and risk mitigation strategies.

Prior to joining NP in 2024, I was an associate at another international law firm, where I focused on cybersecurity investigations and commercial litigation.

• Lead associate in internal investigations into cybersecurity incidents for numerous corporate clients and advised on related legal obligations and risk mitigation strategies

• Represented large health insurance company in class action litigation relating to ransomware attack

COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

• Represented major retailer in several cases brought by states, municipalities, and hospital systems around the country relating to the sale and distribution of prescription opioids
• Represented integrated healthcare system against unfair competition claim brought by a competing provider

PRO BONO SERVICES

• Obtained dismissals in removal proceedings against multiple minor clients seeking legal residency in the United States
• Investigated allegations of police officer misconduct and drafted investigative reports for review by neutral agency to determine whether further action was warranted

State and federal government agencies have set their sights on how companies are using emerging technology, including artificial intelligence. It is crucial that companies deploying new technologies prepare for increased scrutiny from regulators and develop effective internal plans to identify potential misconduct related to such technologies.
