Brian Murphy is a paralegal in the Affordable Housing and Real Estate group.
I focus my practice on all aspects of affordable housing transactions. I coordinate, implement, and assist in closing affordable housing and real estate transactions. I make sure transactions stay on track and run efficiently. I assist with the review of an array of due diligence matters and draft documents, including, but not limited to, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases and amendments, and organizational documents, such as corporate resolutions, consents, and incumbency certificates. I help with the formation of new entities and obtaining Employee Identification Numbers (EINs) for the entities.
I see an increase in the need for affordable housing and the prioritization of equitable housing access within the United States at all levels. I look forward to working on transactions that make a real impact on rebuilding communities.
