Kerri Painting is a paralegal in Nixon Peabody’s Private Clients group. Kerri has over 10 years of paralegal experience in trust and estate administration.
I focus on all aspects of trust and estate matters. I support the attorneys in the Private Clients group by preparing and e-filing applicable court documents; remaining in constant contact with clients and estate beneficiaries throughout the administration process; and gathering the necessary information to prepare the estate account, estate inventory and necessary estate and fiduciary income tax returns.
I am comfortable working with small and large estates, take pride in the quality of work I produce and value the relationships formed with our clients.
With the evolution of what a “traditional” family is, I remain focused on the probate and tax laws, in order to implement them now and in the future.
