Introduction
Nicole Place is a paralegal in Nixon Peabody’s Private Wealth & Advisory group. Nicole focuses her work on all aspects of trust and estate administration.
My focus
I assist the attorneys in the preparation and filing of estate and trust proceedings. I work with clients to marshal assets and gather the necessary information to prepare fiduciary accountings. I prepare estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns to adhere to the necessary reporting requirements. I maintain strong relationships with area professionals to provide and meet varying needs of clients.
Looking ahead
Probate and tax laws are constantly changing and updating. I feel it’s important to continue to pursue trending education topics in order to meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
