Introduction
My focus
My experience includes representing property owners, developers, REITs, investors, universities, and other clients in the permitting of labs, office buildings, multifamily projects, hotels, and corporate and educational campuses in and around Massachusetts. I regularly conduct large-scale diligence of all permitting items including local, state, and federal approvals in the context of advising on investments in development projects in and around Boston.
Additionally, I advise on and negotiate land-use agreements, including abutter and reciprocal easement agreements. My prior experience includes work with the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties located across the United States.
