Jeff Twitty represents owners, developers, and investors in acquisitions, leases, and general real estate and affordable housing matters. Jeff also conducts due diligence on land use, zoning, and permitting requirements for various real estate projects.
I assist clients with many aspects of general real estate and affordable housing transactions—including reviewing materials related to acquisition, rehabilitation, and organizational documents; analyzing title work and drafting legal and closing documents; and interacting with clients, lenders, investors, and governmental agencies to obtain the approvals necessary to facilitate these transactions.
Having worked as a municipal planner prior to becoming an attorney, I have extensive experience analyzing land use ordinances and navigating project permitting processes. I regularly represent developers before municipal boards on land use and zoning matters.
Our relationship with the built environment has changed radically. I anticipate developers and governments taking this opportunity to reimagine their approaches to land use with the goal of keeping communities safe and connected.
