Introduction
Grant Wilson is an associate in the Affordable Housing and Real Estate group. He represents a range of clients, including developers, landowners, and investors, on commercial real estate transactions.
My focus
I work with clients on all aspects of affordable housing and real estate transactions. This includes reviewing acquisition, rehabilitation, and organizational documents; analyzing title work; drafting legal and closing documents; and interacting with clients, lenders, investors, and governmental agencies to obtain the approvals necessary to facilitate these transactions. I also advise clients on the various aspects of real estate finance and environmental issues that arise in the context of real estate transactions.
Looking ahead
Real estate will always be essential to society and an asset to those with real-property interests. Despite the uncertainty of the current market, there are a number of creative ways interests in real estate can be exchanged. Strategic investors, lenders, and developers can position themselves advantageously in the current and future market by partnering with the right real estate counsel.
