Charlotte is an associate of Nixon Peabody CWL. During her training, she will assist partners and other lawyers in all areas of legal practice in the firm.
My focus
Currently working in the Litigation department, my work is focused on commercial litigation and contentious probate matters. My experience covers contractual disputes, debt recovery actions, and advising on Trade Descriptions Ordinance and intellectual property issues.
Looking ahead
Globalization in knowledge sharing and emerging trends in e-business have shaped dramatic changes to the business of law and clients’ needs. I see it important to be innovative, adapt to big and small changes, in order to form a practical and efficient resolution strategy for every client.
