/My focus

I focus my practice mainly on large-scale real estate commercial sale and acquisition transactions. I can also assist in certain aspects relating to lending transactions.  I can coordinate and assist in all aspects of the transaction, including, but not limited to, due diligence review (i.e., preliminary review of zoning report and title and survey review), preparation of closing documentation (i.e., closing checklists, critical dates, escrow agreements, transactional documents, releases, closing statements), and handling closing, including post-closing matters.
