/My focus

My practice focuses on IP dispute resolution, IP licensing, and other complex IP procurement and transactional matters related to electronic devices, cell phone/wireless communication technology, LCD/LED display technology, semiconductor process, artificial intelligence, video compression standards, electro-mechanical technology, circuit design, memory devices, medical devices, materials science, and software engineering. I handle all stages of IP litigation in a variety of legal and administrative forums including US District Courts, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and United States International Trade Commission (ITC). I also advise domestic and foreign clients on patent portfolio development, trademark, and other complex commercial litigation matters.

I combine decades of scientific research and engineering, legal, and business experience to facilitate large corporations and start-ups to grow based on technology advancement.
