Nixon Peabody is one of 55 U.S.–based law firms recognized for its level of disclosure for diversity-related metrics and also for the firm’s distinguished performance against six core pillars: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity and inclusion in the community. According to Bloomberg Law, each firm’s performance was assessed across more than 85 metrics, each associated with one of the six pillars.
Bloomberg Law’s “DEI Framework” report is a listing of law firms that meet or exceed a rising standard for DEI in the legal profession. Nixon Peabody exceeded law firms’ average scores across all of the six core pillars.
