Boston, MA. Nixon Peabody LLP is proud to announce it has once again been recognized by Bloomberg Law in its fourth annual “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Framework” for the firm’s demonstrated commitments to DEI initiatives and priorities.
Nixon Peabody is one of the 57 US-based law firms recognized for their level of disclosure of diversity-related metrics and distinguished performance against six pillar areas: recruitment and retention, leadership and talent pipeline, business strategy and innovation, firm demographics, marketing, and disclosure.
Bloomberg Law’s “DEI Framework” report is a listing of law firms that meet or exceed an established threshold of DEI in their firms. Nixon Peabody exceeded law firms’ average scores across five of the core pillars.
