Boston, MA. Nixon Peabody LLP is proud to announce it has once again been recognized by Bloomberg Law in its fourth annual “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Framework” for the firm’s demonstrated commitments to DEI initiatives and priorities.
Nixon Peabody is one of the 57 US-based law firms recognized for their level of disclosure of diversity-related metrics and distinguished performance against six pillar areas: recruitment and retention, leadership and talent pipeline, business strategy and innovation, firm demographics, marketing, and disclosure.
Bloomberg Law’s “DEI Framework” report is a listing of law firms that meet or exceed an established threshold of DEI in their firms. Nixon Peabody exceeded law firms’ average scores across five of the core pillars.
“Our firm is steadfast in our commitment to building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive legal profession,” said Nixon Peabody Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Director Ramla Farzad. “This recognition reinforces that our firm’s DEI efforts are woven into everything we do. We look forward to building on our successful DEI initiatives—encompassing our approach to client service, the culture we foster for our people, and the communities we serve.”
